CANCELLATION:

Any Cancellation of registration, Accommodation or social function must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected]. 

The percentage of refund will be as follows for valid cancellations:

1. Early Bird Deadline is 10 July 2023
2. Up to 90 days prior to arrival-full refund less bank charges, 
3. Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of €50, 
4. Less than 60 days prior to arrival-no refund
