Registrants must provide status confirmation (i.e. a letter signed by the Head of Department or a copy of status ID)
A resident is someone who has graduated from medical school and is completing a post-graduate training program.

Making payment by bank transfer please use the Invoice Number with your name as a payment reference. We kindly request that you email your payment confirmation to [email protected] to enable us to allocate the funds correctly. Please note our payment terms are 7 days from invoice date.

The percentage of the refund will be:
80% of the fees for cancellation on or before 1 August, 2024
60% of the fees for cancellation between 2 August 2024 and 1 October 2024
No refund for cancellation from 2 October 2024 onwards
