Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or modifications to bookings must be made within the specified time frame to avoid penalties or fees.

Any refunds or penalties for cancellations will be as per the cancellation policy outlined during the booking process.

Cancellations received 90 days before arrival – 1 night’s accommodation charge will be applicable.

Cancellations received from 60 to 45 days, including the day of arrival – 100% of the booking total will be applicable.

No-shows on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.
